Which file formats does PanOptic support?
PanOptic supports the industry standard TIFF format, as well as
many other file formats. Some examples are the Microsoft Office product suite
and PDF. PanOptic can store any file format. If the file format's native
application is not installed on your workstation, PanOptic will prompt you to
choose an application that can view that file format.
What size is a paper document and how do I find
out the memory needed?
A normal one-page document takes up 50K of memory. Therefore,
800,000 pages or one-page documents would require 40GB of storage space.

database. The documents are stored in a folder structure in
the Windows file system. The architecture is very open and condusive to
change if you should need to change.
